How The Process Works
- The corpse is transported from its place to our own morgue.
- The disinfection of the corpse is done by the pathology doctor.
- As standard, the coffin has a walnut exterior and galvanized interior.
- After the procedure is cleared, the corpse is placed in a special bag and laid in the coffin.
- The coffin is closed tight. Then consulate and municipality seals are put on.
- Family members of the deceased and the consulate are notified.
- All documents are prepared and translated in the language of the country of destination.
- Bill of lading (air ticket) invoice is received.
- On requests such as special coffins, corpse dressing and religious ceremonies can be performed.
- Special documents are prepared and export transactions are made.
- Ukraine visas (visas are normally issued urgently) can be obtained through our company.
- All documents must be prepared in accordance with the regulation and customs legislation.
- There are 18 air-conditioned funeral vehicles, a funeral washing unit, a private morgue, and service is provided in accordance with the standards of the international health organization and the international air transport association.
- When the coffin is opened in the destination country, a body bag is used so that the appearance of the corpse is not disturbed.

Embalming: Injection of formaldehyde solution provided by international doctors or pathologists is required for international transportation.
Coffin: Provision of hermetically lined coffin with zinc plated, in compliance with international transport regulations.
Hearing Aid: Suitable for Mediterranean climate transport and graveyard conversations with cold storage.
Translations: Official documents are translated by certified / authorized translators and approved by the notary approval of the relevant Consulates.
Customhouse: The coffin is cleared by the authorized customs administration together with all documents.
AWB / Airfare: Buying Air WayBill for deceased from contracted cargo company and plane ticket for next relatives at special price.
